CASTLE VERNON, CLONTARF, DUBLIN 3

Castle Vernon is a development of 12 nr. 4 bedroom houses located directly off Dollymount Avenue, Clontarf.

Innovative civil design was required to provide foul and storm water services to the site including storm water attenuation that would meet on-site needs but also satisfy Dublin City Council requirements. Remedial works to existing infrastructure along Dollymount Avenue was required as part of the project to provide the services necessary to the site.

Dwellings were constructed utilising pre-fabricated floor joists with traditional cavity wall construction. There is a mix of detached and semi-detached dwellings on-site.
