CHERRYWOOD (VARIOUS TILES), DUBLIN 18

Our Civil, Structural and Traffic Teams are engaged by Quintain for the delivery of over 1,100 units across several tiles on a 120-acre site within the Cherrywood SDZ area. The units will comprise houses, duplexes, and apartments with public parks, 27 acres of green space, and over 4,300m² of retail and civic amenities in the village centre.

Planning has been secured on all sites and the units are a mix of houses, duplexes and apartments under phased construction. Our Civil & Traffic Team were heavily involved in providing masterplan and design services for all the infrastructure servicing the lands in Cherrywood.

There will also be primary and post primary schools, cycle and walking tracks and extensive green open spaces throughout the area. We are working with Quintain to deliver roads and civil infrastructure as well as residential and community developments across several tiles in Cherrywood. These include the recent neighbourhoods of Cherry Lane and Cherrywood Village.
