Dawson Place is a city centre development comprising 25 no. townhouse residential units ranging from 2 to 3-storeys in height.

The development involved the demolition of the existing vacant 2-storey office building/ warehouse and open storage buildings associated with a timber supply merchant’s yard.

The units are traditional block build construction with half of the units supported on piled foundations due to the brownfield nature of the site.
