Glenart Avenue is a development of 4 no. 2-storey residences in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. Three of these residences have extra accommodation at attic level. The structures are generally of masonry construction with precast ground and first floors. A cut timber roof is utilised throughout.

There are a number of load bearing steel beams in each of the units. Certain internal walls are load bearing while others are non-load bearing partitions. Generally, all walls at ground level are masonry while non-load bearing walls on the first floor are of light weight partition construction.
