Site constraints and challenges included:

• Civil works such as roads, attenuation and drainage;

• Site entrance lined with 4 residential, occupied dwellings – communication with occupants and minimisation of disruption to everyday activity by construction works essential; and

• Diversion of ESB lines were required.
