CS Consulting provided a full remit of services on The Ropery development which consists of 9 no. 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses on site situated on South Lotts Road in Ringsend, Dublin 4. The name of the development was chosen due to the fact that a rope factory had existed on the site prior to the works.

The townhouses are energy efficient with each obtaining a BER A3 rating, and all units were built with reinforced concrete walls. Each unit is complimented with a spacious patio and terraced area. One car parking space has been provided per dwelling in addition to secure bicycle parking.
