32 Molesworth Street was named Commercial/Office Building of the Year at the Irish Building/Design Awards in 2017. The Building attained LEED Gold Accreditation. The development comprised the provision of a new 4-storey office building above a single-storey basement (with parking) in addition to the refurbishment of a protected Georgian building.

The frame of this building is a reinforced concrete frame with a maximum clear span of 9m to allow for clear and unobstructed office space. The building is located in a constricted existing brownfield site in a busy city centre location which presented unique engineering challenges, particularly with respect to the development of the basement.
