32 Molesworth Street was named Commercial/Office Building of the Year at the Irish Building/Design Awards in 2017. The Building attained LEED Accreditation Gold. The new office development included a four storey office building above a single storey basement (with parking) plus a refurbished, protected, Georgian building on Molesworth Street.
The frame of this building is a reinforced concrete frame with a maximum clear span of 9m to allow for clear and unobstructed office space. The building is located in a constricted existing brownfield site in the city centre location which presented unique engineering challenges particularly with respect to the development of the basement.
