Project consisted of the construction phase II of 40 residential dwellings. The site is located in the administrative area of Louth County Council in the townland of Termonfeckin.


Development compnsmg demolition of the existing vacant two-storey office building and warehouse and open storage buildings associated with timber supply merchant’s yard and the construction of 25 number two and three-storey townhouses, provision of 25 number car parking spaces, landscaping, bin store, bicycle store and associated site works with vehicular access from Arbour Hill.

Houses 1 to 3 will be three-storey three-bedroom terraced houses fronting onto Montpellier Hill with parking accessed from Arbour Hill. House number 4 will be a part single storey, part three-storey two-bedroom house with first floor roof garden fronting onto Arbour Hill. Houses 5 to 7 will be part single storey part three-storey two-bedroom terraced houses. Houses 8 to 10, 14 to 17, 18 to 19, 21 and 22 to 25 will be two-storey two-bedroom terraced or semi-detached houses. Numbers 11 to 13 will be three-storey two-bedroom terraced houses with car port at ground floor level and house number 20 will be a part single storey part two-storey, three-bedroom semi­detached house, all on 0.38 hectare site at 49A-51, Arbour Hill, (site bounded by Arbour Terrace, Arbour Hill and Montpellier Hill), Dublin.
