CITYWEST HOTEL, SAGGART, dUBLIN 24

The 4 star Citywest resort is situated on approximately 135-acres, located in Saggart, Dublin 24. The project involved a series of internal and external upgrades to the existing development.

The main civil infrastructure works included:

• New water main infrastructure and associated standby dry riser;

• New car park utilizing porus surfacing for the parking bays;

• New surface water attenuation tank;

• Removal of existing bridge at the entrance to the Citywest Development

• New standard roundabout with associated ancillary works along Garters lane;

• Road widening and a new signalized junction at the entrance to the Citywest Development with pedestrian crossing points;

• Upgrading works to the existing convention centre car park, including new permeable pedestrian crossing point.
