We have offices in the heart of Dublin City Centre, Limerick and London. For detailed instructions on how to get to our locations via Public Transport and for advice on parking, etc. Please see below.

By Car
Off-street car parking is available at several locations within a 5-minute walk of our offices, including:

Trinity Street Car Park – typical rate of €4/hour

Drury Street Underground Car Park – typical rate of €3.40/hour

Park-Rite Drury Street – typical rate of €3.60/hour

Park-Rite Fleet Street – typical rate of €3.20/hour

Q-Park Christchurch, Werburgh Street – typical rate of €3.50/hour

Limited paid on-street parking is also available nearby, in particular along Werburgh Street, Bride Street, Ross Road and Bride Road (located on the far side of Dublin Castle from our offices).

On Foot
Our offices are at 19-22 Dame Street, Dublin 2, on the first floor of the former Burton’s Department Store building located on the corner with South Great George’s Street.

The entrance is to the right of the Spar shop that occupies the ground floor.

By Tram
We are located approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the Jervis stop on the LUAS Red line, and approximately 9 minutes’ walk from the St. Stephen’s Green stop on the LUAS Green line.

From the Jervis stop, head along the Millenium Walkway and Bloom Lane, cross the river via the Millenium Bridge and continue straight on up Eustace Street. This will bring you to Dame Street, facing our offices.

From the St. Stephen’s Green stop, head down King Street South (along the side of the Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre) and continue along Stephen Street Lower (past the Hairy Lemon pub). Turn right onto South Great George’s Street (when facing the Dunnes Stores head office) and continue down to the junction with Dame Street.

By Bus
A number of Dublin Bus routes stop on Dame Street and South Great George’s Street within a couple of minutes’ walk of our offices.

By Train

From Belfast/Dundalk/Drogheda/Wexford/Waterford/Kildare North: travel to either Tara Street station or Connolly station. We are located approximately 12 minutes’ walk from Tara Street station, while Connolly station is located on the LUAS Red line.

From Cork/Galway/Sligo/Limerick/Kildare South: travel to Heuston station. We are located approximately and 25 minutes’ walk (approx. 10 minutes by taxi) from Heuston station, which is also located on the LUAS Red line. DublinBikes stations are located in proximity to Connolly, Tara Street and Heuston stations.

By Bicycle

Bicycle stands are located on South Great Georges Street, between Dame Street and Dame Lane (facing our offices), as well as at Barnardo Square (150m west along Dame Street) and inside the lower courtyard of Dublin Castle. DublinBikes stations are located both at Barnardo’s Square and at Fownes Street Upper in Temple Bar (beside the former Central Bank building).

London - 45 Beech Street, Barbican Centre, London, UK

On Foot
Our offices are on the fifth floor of the Central Point building at 45 Beech Street, EC2. The entrance faces the underpass beneath the podium of the Barbican Centre.

By Bus

Bus stops located on Beech Street, Aldersgate Street and Chiswell Street, within a few minutes’ walk of our offices, are served by bus routes including the 4 (Archway / Waterloo), 56 (St. Bartholomew’s Hospital / Whipps Cross) and 153 (Finsbury Park / Moorgate).

By Underground

  • 2 minutes’ walk from Barbican tube station (on the Metropolitan, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines)

  • 10 minutes’ walk from Moorgate tube station (on the above lines, as well as the Northern line)

From Barbican station, cross Aldersgate Street and continue along Beech Street, past the corner of the Virgin Active health club. Beech Street is enclosed on both sides for a distance of 85 metres, after which the Central Point building is on your left.

If exiting Moorgate station, head north along Moorgate (passing NatWest or Caffè Nero) and Finsbury Pavement for 250 metres. At Finsbury Square, turn left onto Chiswell Street and follow this for 350 metres, until it merges into Beech Street. Continue along Beech Street; the Central Point building will be on your right, 200 metres after the junction with Whitecross Street.

By Train

  • 10 minutes’ walk from Farringdon railway station (Thameslink services from Luton, Bedford and Brighton)

  • 10 minutes’ walk from Moorgate railway station (Great Northern services from Welwyn and Letchworth)

  • 15 minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street railway station (Greater Anglia services from Stansted Airport, Peterborough, King’s Lynn, Colchester, Ipswich, Norwich)

Santander Cycles docking station is located in proximity to Moorgate railway station.

By Bicycle
The City of London Corporation provides free cycle parking in its London Wall off-street public car park, which is located roughly 7 minutes’ walk from our offices (the entrance is between the Museum of London and Wood Street). This is open and guarded 24 hours a day.

Several Santander Cycles docking stations are located within a few minutes’ walk of our offices (notably on Aldersgate Street and on Golden Lane).

Limerick - 45 O'Connell Street, Co. Limerick

We are located in the heart of Limerick City. Managed by Gary Cotter, former Arups Director, this Munster based office services the South of Ireland in conjunction with our Dublin Headquarters.

Our offices are at 45 O’Connell Street, Limerick, on the top (3rd) floor.

The entrance door and access buzzer are to the left of HLB McKeogh Gallagher Ryan who occupy the ground floor.

Paid on-street parking is available on nearby streets including Cecil Street, Catherine Street and Glenworth Street.
