Mixed use scheme of commercial, residential and student accommodation on an under-used car park site. The site was granted planning permission for a very complex mixed-use scheme that financially could not be delivered, due to a combination of economic factors which have historically made it difficult to develop in Luton.

Our knowledge of the area, previous works within Luton and a complete reworking of the original approved scheme to provide a much more efficient proposal has allowed us to assist the Client in delivering a scheme on the site currently being under-used as a car park. The rationalised plan and associated added value we have created for the site has offered a template with developmental potential, which has been eventually realised with the inclusion of some very creative usage options.
