The plaza civil works involved the construction of circa. 7,000 sq.m of public realm high quality paving, landscape (soft and Hard) features, public lighting infrastructure to the Adamstown Station Plaza within the Adamstown SDZ lands to the north of the Adamstown Station on Kildare/Cork Railway Line.

The plaza civil works were constructed from circa 300mm below the finished design levels which will be left on a single plane as reflected on the drawings, by the contractor constructing the adjoining buildings.

The area is bounded to the south by Station Road, to the north by Adamstown Ave, to the west by constructed buildings, to the east by future buildings. Services were installed below and across the site and due diligence and necessary protection will be required in working around and over these services and when raising MH and Service Chamber covers to the finished paving levels.
