Conversion of 4 storey office building to new Primary Care Centre including internal modifications to provide spaces for primary care services, alterations to façade, bicycle parking and alterations to existing Adamstown Boulevard Road (including relocation of cycle lane and footpath to allow for creation of emergency vehicle set down area and layby area).

Our Team carried out inspections of the existing building and a review of all structural design information to confirm the structural elements. We assisted in the procurement of specialists to carry out structural investigations and testing of the existing columns and slabs which allowed our Team to develop structural designs and models for the new primary care centre use.
