Barracksfield West provides a mix of 219 no. social and affordable residential units consisting of houses, duplexes, and apartments on the c. 4.14-ha former Army barracks site which is located on the John Devoy Road in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Phase 1 is now complete and delivered, providing 42 three-bed houses, 12 two-bed duplexes and 12 one-bed apartments.All houses are traditional construction with loadbearing masonry. Apartments and duplexes are also loadbearing masonry with precast slabs to compartment floors at each level with vertical ties.

The project is being delivered to achieve Home Performance Index (HPI) Certification, the national sustainability quality accreditation by the Irish Green Building Council (IGBC). Homes also hold an A-Rated BER.
