This development involved the demolition of 3 no. two-storey residential houses and the construction of an 80-bed 2-storey extension to the existing Beechlawn Nursing Home in their place. The project also included the refurbishment of an old stone coachhouse building which formed the living and recreational area for the new convent.

The convent consists of newly built living units, an entrance space, an oratory, and ancillary accommodation including communal facilities accommodated in a refurbished existing stable building, a new access road, 18 no. surface car spaces, boundary walls, landscaping, lighting, signage, and all associated site works.
