The "Belvoir Park Development" includes the development of 55 apartments partially provided in the refurbished of Kilmacud House, a protected 18th-century structure, and the remainder provided in a new build, two block apartment development, over a single-storey basement. For the refurbishment of Kilmacud House we worked closely with the Conservation Architect to preserve the building's original integrity both internally and externally.

The apartment blocks are three to four storeys in height and are constructed using masonry and precast slab construction, with a steel frame structure forming the penthouse level of each block.

Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) were incorporated into the project, including the installation of a swale, permeable paving, and green roof systems.
