The development of 97 residential units comprises 2 and 3 bedroom houses. The project will include associated site works, internal roads, cycleways, footpaths, a public park, car parking spaces, landscaping, and boundary treatments along with foul and surface water drainage systems.

The site has a hill in its centre, with development wrapped around the north, west, and southern reaches of it with a large new park area on the higher levels. The lands are bounded by the Drogheda Road (N2) to the west and by existing housing to the north and south. Units are traditional block build construction.

Our Team assisted in securing planning permission for a further 347 units on the site. We also completed the Taking in Charge process on behalf of the Client with Louth County Council.
