The project comprised the construction of 39 new residential units, including 16 one-bedroom apartments, 8 two-bedroom apartments, 10 three-bedroom dwellings, 4 four-bedroom dwellings and 1 five-bedroom dwelling. The development also included all associated site development and infrastructure works, comprising the provision of new site access, boundary treatments, surface water and foul drainage networks, utilities and service connections, earthworks, road and footpath construction, car parking, landscaping, public open space, external lighting, and all ancillary site works necessary to deliver a fully serviced residential development.
