The site at Dollymount Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin accommodates the construction of 12 semi-detached residential units along with the demolition and renovation works to an existing detached house along Dollymount Avenue.

The new residential structures comprise primarily of masonry construction on typical concrete foundations with a ground bearing floor slab. Steel beams are used to transfer the first and second floor loadings over longer spans to the perimeter walls. The roof structure consists mainly of proprietary eco joists to specialist design with steel beams used to transfer any roof loadings to both the perimeter and party walls.
