CS Consulting is providing civil and structural engineering services for Phase 1A of Cherry Orchard Point, a major joint housing initiative by the Land Development Agency and Dublin City Council. The development includes 708 homes—547 cost rental and 161 social—delivered across 16 blocks within 9 buildings ranging from 4 to 15 storeys.

Our scope covers structural design, drainage, and infrastructure coordination for this transit-connected, sustainable development. The scheme also includes retail units, childcare facilities, landscaped public spaces, and A-rated, NZEB-compliant homes, supporting the regeneration of the wider Cherry Orchard area.
