This development involves the construction of a new apartment block comprising 47 high-quality residential units, designed to provide secure, long-term housing for individuals and families in need. Located in one of Dublin’s most vibrant and well-connected urban areas, the project includes the delivery of a reinforced concrete basement, traditional masonry superstructure, a ground floor RC transfer slab, and precast hollowcore floor slabs up to roof level, with structural steel elements incorporated in the upper floors. The scheme reflects a strong emphasis on durability, safety, and efficient construction methods to meet modern housing needs.

Our team’s responsibilities included site preparation, excavation of material and rock to formation levels, and disposal to approved off-site locations. We completed the enabling works, including the installation of a king post precast wall and bulk excavation to basement level. Throughout construction, we delivered both RC and PC structural elements in accordance with contract drawings, managed infrastructure works, and coordinated closely with adjoining site contractors to ensure seamless integration and safe traffic management. Alterations to existing as-built infrastructure were also undertaken as part of our comprehensive delivery approach.
