Phase 1 of the development at Clonattin, Co. Wexford included construction of demolition of the existing dwelling and shed on site and construction of 1 apartment building comprising 6 units, 58 houses in a selection of house typologies, ranging in height from 2 to 3 storeys, and a two-storey crèche. The development also includes new public open spaces, car and cycle parking spaces, new vehicular and pedestrian accesses, upgrades to Clonattin Village Road, and all associated site development works (including site profiling). CS Consulting provided all civil, structural and traffic engineering services with a design-build developer.

Phase 1 units are insulated concrete form (ICF) in construction. ICF provides excellent thermal insulation, structural strength, soundproofing, and energy efficiency while simplifying construction and enhancing durability.
