The Churchfields Phase 2B project is a Design and Build social housing development located in Mulhuddart, Dublin 15. The development comprises 67 residential units, a mix of houses, duplexes, and apartments across a 2.25-hectare site. The units include 6 one-bed bungalows, 17 two-bed units, 34 three-bed units, and 10 four-bed units. The project was completed under a fast-track construction programme and handed over to Fingal County Council in Q1 2023.

The buildings were constructed using light gauge steel (LGS) construction to meet accelerated programme requirements. The project also included new access roads, car parking, and other site development works.

All units achieved an A2 BER rating, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with sustainability standards. The development met high standards for Part M Access and Use. Traffic engineering, including a Road Safety Audit, was conducted to ensure road and traffic compliance.
