The 4-star Citywest Resort is located on approximately 135 acres in Saggart, Dublin 24, and the project involved a series of internal and external upgrades to the existing development. Key civil infrastructure works included the installation of a new water main system with an associated standby dry riser, and the construction of a new car park featuring porous surfacing for the parking bays. A new surface water attenuation tank was installed to manage runoff, and the existing bridge at the entrance to the Citywest development was removed.

The scheme also included the construction of a new standard roundabout with associated ancillary works along Garters Lane, as well as road widening and the installation of a new signalised junction at the main entrance, complete with pedestrian crossing points. Additional upgrades were carried out to the existing convention centre car park, including the introduction of a new permeable pedestrian crossing point to improve accessibility and drainage.
