The Citywest Village development comprised the provision of 449 no. units with 12 house-type variations. The houses are traditional block and brick build construction, A rated, energy-efficient houses.

As Civil & Structural Engineers, we ensured that all aspects of civil and structural design, including site services, SuDS requirements, roads, and traffic met or exceeded the requirements of the guidelines and regulations.

A LUAS line runs through the site and we successfully agreed upon development arrangements for works in close proximity to the LUAS line with Transdev and TII. Early engagement with respect to the LUAS line was essential to minimise issues and delays during development.
