Clondalkin Lodge Residential Home is a residential care development in Dublin 22, comprising a 146-bed residential care unit and 14 single occupancy assisted living units over part three, part four-storeys. The development also provides 42 car parking spaces and 60 bicycle spaces.

The structure is mainly blockwork with reinforced concrete rising elements and precast concrete slabs.The project includes sustainable features such as a large reinforced attenuation tank, a smaller attenuation tank, and a StormTech system for surface water management.

This development utilised BIM Level 1, which enhanced collaboration, reduced design conflicts, and improved overall project efficiency through precise drafting and data integration.
