The Clongriffin Blocks 5 & 6 Project is a proposed residential development led by the Land Development Agency (LDA) in consultation with Dublin City Council (DCC), aiming to deliver 408 new homes in two apartment buildings in north Dublin's fringe city area.

This regeneration project seeks to enhance an already established community by providing high-quality Cost Rental and Social Homes, alongside integrated creche, community, and cultural spaces. The development is guided by principles of sustainability, active mobility, and access to quality open spaces, with the flexibility to adapt to future needs.

As the first phase of a larger regeneration plan, the project will revitalise long-vacant land, delivering much-needed housing and improved amenities for both future and existing residents of the Clongriffin community.
