The Land Development Agency (LDA) is advancing the second phase of the Clongriffin Central regeneration project, a landmark residential and mixed-use development in North Dublin. Building upon the foundational progress of Phase 1, this subsequent stage is designed to bolster the long-term growth of the area by delivering high-quality, sustainable housing and essential community infrastructure. The proposal focuses on transforming the heart of the town into a vibrant, high-density neighborhood that balances residential needs with social and commercial utility.

At the core of this phase is the delivery of approximately 700 new homes, designed to meet the diverse housing needs of the North Dublin region. Beyond residential units, the plan emphasizes a "community-first" approach by incorporating 2,200m² of retail, community, and recreational amenities. These spaces, along with a newly proposed creche facility, are intended to support the daily lives of residents and ensure that the town center functions as a self-sustaining hub for families and professionals alike.
