These greenfield development projects for confidential Tech Clients include the development of main data centre buildings along with MV buildings, electrical rooms, and ancillary works such as attenuation ponds, drainage, network and utility networks, service roads, car parks, and entrances.

Buildings are typically large-span, steel frame constructions designed to high standards.

They include emergency generators, up to 25m-high ventilation shafts, temporary sub-stations, MV buildings, and prefabricated electrical rooms.

These projects are completed to BIM Level 2 and our Team has undertaken modelling, coordination and clash detection of all underground services and utilities during the design and construction phases to minimise issues during the installation of services and development of site infrastructure.
