The "Dominick Place Student Accommodation" is a student housing development located on Dominick Street, Dublin 1. The project involved the demolition of an existing 4-storey vacant warehouse and the construction of a reinforced concrete 6-storey over lower ground floor/basement level building. It provides 247 bed spaces in 50 clusters, including 16 studios. The development features an outdoor amenity area to the rear and a rooftop terrace on the Eastern wing. The total area of the development is 10,819m², with additional amenities such as a café, games room, social/quiet rooms, and landscaped internal spaces.

The building was constructed using reinforced concrete (RC) frames and SFS inner leaf, with brickwork or render forming the outer leaf. The building is supported by piled foundations, and the basement level was formed using a secant pile wall and reinforced concrete retaining wall structure.
