Eastpoint Business Park is located in the docklands area of Dublin and accommodates approximately 50 companies with up to 6,000 employees. The business park includes a comprehensive road network that services each of the businesses, and connects with Alfie Byrne Road in the west via the Eastpoint Causeway, and with Promenade Road in the southeast via Bond Road.

Our Traffic & Transport Team carried out surveys which informed a re-design of the Business Park road network to provide a more bicycle and bus friendly environment and make improvements for vulnerable road users. These plans were agreed with Dublin City Council and works included re-circulating the Business Park to a one-way system allowing for the construction of cycle track facilities on either side of the road and improvements to footpath widths. Bus shelter facilities and bus drop-off areas were upgraded throughout the park.
