"Highfield Park Student Accommodation" is a 402-bed student housing development located at 274 North Circular Road, Dublin 7, adjacent to the Green Luas line. The development caters primarily to students of Trinity College and TUD’s Grangegorman Campus. The scheme consists of twin rooms, ensuites, studios, gatehouses, and townhouses, with ancillary services such as a gym, study rooms, shared kitchen spaces, and a cinema area. The total 444 student bed spaces are arranged across 92 cluster apartments and studios in nine blocks (A to G), ranging from 1 to 7 storeys, with a single-storey basement under Block E. Most blocks include balconies, except for Blocks A, B, and D.

The buildings were constructed using reinforced concrete blade columns and flat slab with reinforced transfer beams constructed where required to all blocks. Reinforced concrete cantilever beams feature on some upper floors.
