The "Hyatt Centric" is a 234-bedroom hotel arranged over six floors, featuring restaurant, bar, café, and meeting room facilities on the ground and partial mezzanine levels. The development includes a basement, a remnant of a previously proposed residential scheme, which covers approximately 60% of the site and provides visitor parking (23 spaces), 32 bicycle spaces, a gym for hotel residents, and ancillary spaces and plant.

The structure is in-situ concrete up to the 1st floor with a transfer slab, and a precast concrete frame up to the 6th floor.

This development utilised BIM Level 1, which enhanced collaboration, reduced design conflicts, and improved overall project efficiency through precise drafting and data integration.
