We delivered the full civil and structural engineering design for the main building, along with engineering input for the fit-out phase.

The office building developed by Irish Life Assurance PLC is a 3-storey, approximately 57,986 sq.ft. reinforced concrete structure with a flat floor slab and circular supporting columns. The development site was backfilled before construction, and piling was used to support the building’s substructure. Archaeological investigations were conducted, and a high rock outcrop was observed during excavation. The building incorporates NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building), BER (Building Energy Rating), and LEED Gold ambitions, in alignment with the Client’s and Architect's sustainability goals.

The building is a reinforced concrete structure with a flat slab and circular columns. Piling was used to support the substructure due to the site's conditions.The development features sustainable elements, including energy-efficient systems and facilities, which contributed to the building winning a Good Green Design Award in 2020 and an Environmental Sustainability award in 2021.
