Our Team was commissioned by the Office of Public Works to prepare a Mobility Management Plan (MMP) for the proposed restoration of the Magazine Fort (a Protected Structure) in Phoenix Park, Dublin 8, and its opening to visitors. This included preparing details on the anticipated modal share of trips to Magazine Fort, proposals for staff and accessible car parking is proposed and what interventions are proposed to facilitate active travel for staff.

Sustainable travel plans relating to walking and cycling, public transport and marketing and communications were detailed in the mobility management plan.
