Mariner's Way is a development of 117 houses and 48 apartments with pedestrian/ cycle linkages to St. Maur's Park in Rush.

House units have a traditional build superstructure that is masonry construction with precast piles and ground beams with insulated precast slab. Apartments are cross wall construction, masonry built with precast floor plates. They are built on precast ground beams and piles with precast HC floor slabs.

Units are Mariners Way are classified as A2 Rated low energy / low CO2 homes, allowing for a reduction in the heating cost of the house. The central heating system is a mix of Gas boiler & air source heat pump.
