We delivered the full civil and structural engineering design for the main building, along with engineering input for the fit-out phase.

The 32 Molesworth Street project involved the conservation refurbishment and extension of a protected Georgian building into a modern c. 50,000 sq.ft. office space. The project includes a five-storey rear extension connected to the existing building via a glazed three-storey atrium. The development also features a large courtyard and rooftop terraces. The building attained LEED Gold accreditation and won the "Commercial/Office Building of the Year" at the 2017 Irish Building and Design Awards.

The development involved the adaptive re-use of a protected Georgian structure with the construction of a modern five-storey extension over a single-storey basement. The building is a mix of refurbished heritage elements and new construction.

The fit-out included design and development of a walkway bridge to connect upper floors.
