CS Consulting have been involved in a number of expansion and upgrade projects at the Mount Juliet Estate located in Kilkenny.

Projects included the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Main Hotel Building, the alteration and extension of the existing 16-bedroom Hunters Yard accommodation (a partially protected structure) into 93 bedrooms with ancillary accommodation, and the design and construction of a brand new golf clubhouse.

The clubhouse features a members’ bar, restaurant with external terraces, locker rooms, and a pro-shop. Additionally, minor modifications were made to the existing carpark, entrance roadway, and overall hard landscape design, including the addition of a covered walkway.
