The development features extensive resident amenities, including:

• Structural Versatility: Designing for diverse spaces including a professional-grade gym, a private cinema room, and a multifunctional room.

• Vibrant Communal Areas: Large, open-plan kitchen and dining spaces designed to foster a sense of community.

• Rooftop Terraces: Engineering the structural capacity for landscaped rooftop terraces that offer residents stunning views over one of Dublin’s most sought-after districts.
