Poole House is a 6-storey social housing apartment block consisting of 39 units let to Dublin City Council. The development also includes communal facilities, bicycle parking, secure bin storage, 2 communal open spaces, including a children's play area, and associated site works. Located in a busy inner suburban area in Fairview, Dublin 3, the site presented challenges related to brownfield development, construction logistics, and interaction with neighbouring properties.

The building features reinforced concrete construction, replacing a previously existing 2-storey commercial building that was demolished as part of the project.

The units in the development achieved a BER A3 rating and includes sustainable features in line with Dublin City Council standards.
