The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin, forms a key part of the One Le Pole Square development and is recognised as one of the city’s premier event destinations.

As part of Phase 1 of the One Le Pole Square development, a 91-bedroom extension was added to the existing Radisson Blu Royal Hotel on Chancery Lane, which included a new spa, gymnasium, and retail units.

Phase 2 included the provision of apartments, offices, a convention centre, cultural uses, and retail units facing onto Ship Street, Chancery Lane, and the new Le Pole Square.

The One Le Pole Square project won the 2024 Building and Architect of the Year Awards "Building of the Year - Commercial" award in April 2024.
