"The Crossings" is a residential and commercial urban village located directly across from Adamstown Train Station in West Dublin. The development provides almost 900 apartment units in a mix of sizes to suit all occupiers. 436 units have been allocated to the Land Development Agency (LDA) to provide cost-rental/ affordable accommodation. The Crossings includes commercial space of c. 9,653 m² and c. 16,000 m² of public realm space, including significant civic spaces, which is provided at the heart of the District Centre.

Sub-Structure and Superstructure forms vary from building to building but generally incude efficient structural designs that were designsed in close coordination with the Design Team and Contractors. Designs comprise of precast hollow core or pre-cast slabs with insitu RC core walls, fibre reinforced or pre-cast concrete walls. Foundations are typically pad footings or strip footings lean mixed to rock level.
