We delivered the full civil and structural engineering design for the main building, along with engineering input for the fit-out phase.
Waterfront Commercial is part of the Waterfront South Central Development which encompasses a 4.6 acre site. Waterfront South Central was the last undeveloped city block in the Docklands. The site is integral to the urban regeneration of Dublin's Docklands and will become Ireland's first ever carbon positive campus. This commercial development will total 67,769 sq.m spread across three exemplar Grade A office buildings. The main commercial block is Citi's EMEA Headquarters which is a 47,330 sq.m featuring post-tensioned concrete slabs and columns to achieve large open spans over three levels of basement . Plans are being finalised for the two remaining commercial blocks which will will total 20,438 sq.m.

Drone footage showcases steady progress on site, with the twin veil structural support nearing completion on the lower section of the south elevation. Installation of the upper sections will commence in the coming weeks. Once complete, this striking structure will support the building’s signature glass veil—an architectural focal point that will define the development’s iconic presence along the waterfront.
