The fit-out of the new Zara involved the merger of the existing Zara retail unit with the former H&M retail unit, expanding the store from expanded from 14,000 square feet to a 33,000 square feet.

Landlord fit-out works included the construction of a new lift pit at Basement B2, including the associated steel and slab opening at Basement B1, the construction of a new ground floor escalator opening and associated steel and concrete works, and the raising of the ground floor level of the former H&M unit to correspond with the adjacent Zara unit.
