We were proud to participate in this year’s International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) as part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion in the engineering sector.

Our Director of Group Operations, Cora Sutton Smith, joined a panel of industry leaders for a day of insightful discussion, reflection, and inspiration. The event brought together advocates from across the sector to explore the challenges women continue to face, the progress being made, and the steps we can all take to build a more inclusive future.
