Site Visit: Clongriffin Block 5 & 6, Dublin 13

Our team recently visited Clongriffin Blocks 5 & 6, a major residential development led by the The Land Development Agency (LDA) in partnership with Dublin City Council.

This project will deliver 408 new homes, providing a mix of social and cost rental housing as part of a wider plan to regenerate the area and create sustainable, high-quality living spaces. It will also enhance community amenities with a new crèche and cultural facilities.

It was great to see the progress on site with Walls Construction Limited and to be part of the team delivering this development. CS Consulting is providing civil and structural engineering services, supporting the delivery of these much-needed homes.
