Davenport hotel – structural awards 2026 | Small Project Category

We are pleased to see the 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 recognised in the Small Project Category for the Structural Awards 2026.

This challenging project delivered a new basement spa within a live historic hotel, including three pools constructed below existing foundations. The works required detailed structural investigation and careful sequencing.
