We’re delighted to mark the practical completion of Owenmore Hall on Station Road, Raheny—a thoughtfully designed residential development delivering 105 high-quality homes in the heart of Dublin’s northside.

CS Consulting provided full civil and structural engineering services for this scheme, which comprises 51 one-bedroom and 54 two-bedroom apartments arranged within a striking four to seven-storey building. The design features set-back upper floors that contribute positively to the local streetscape, blending urban density with a sense of openness.

The development also includes a basement level housing car and bicycle parking, resident storage, and critical services infrastructure, supporting long-term comfort and convenience. Residents benefit from a well-connected and sustainable environment, with access to private balconies, landscaped communal areas, and public open space designed to foster community living.
