Our team recently had the opportunity to visit the O'Devaney Gardens redevelopment site, one of the largest and most ambitious urban regeneration projects in Europe. Situated in Dublin 7 and just under 3km from O’Connell Street, this landmark scheme is transforming a former social housing site into a vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive new neighbourhood.

CS Consulting is proud to be providing full civil, structural, and traffic engineering services for this transformative development, along with contract administration for intensive enabling and infrastructure works.

The scheme also includes two new parks, cultural and community spaces, a crèche, café, and retail units, creating a people-first environment focused on livability and long-term sustainability.

A key feature of the project is the use of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), including off-site precast concrete frames, which reduce waste, minimise on-site disruption, and lower the carbon footprint during construction.
