Significant progress continues at Waterfront Commercial, part of the transformative Waterfront South Central development—a landmark project occupying a 4.6-acre site in Dublin’s Docklands. This is the last remaining undeveloped city block in the area and is set to become Ireland’s first carbon-positive campus.

The commercial element of the development will deliver 67,769 sq.m of exemplar Grade A office space across three distinct buildings. As Civil and Structural Engineers on the project, CS Consulting is proud to contribute to the delivery of this future-focused, sustainable development.

Recent drone footage released by Ronan Group showcases the structural progress on site. The twin veil structural supports along the south elevation are nearing completion, with the upper sections scheduled for installation in the coming weeks. These will support the building’s striking glass veil—a defining architectural feature of the project.
